Quiet study rooms reservations

Booking quiet study rooms at CIB

The Information and Library Center offers 11 rooms for quiet study. Reservations can be made through the Virtual University portal, under E-Cases -> Room Reservation. The rooms can be used by students and employees of the University of Lodz.

• In a single day each user can book a room:
  • for 7 hours on Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 20.00, on Saturday for 6 hours from 9.00 to 14.00
• If the user is more than 15 minutes late, the booking is cancelled.
• To access the room you need to use student or employee ID card.

Reservation of Patio and Training Rooms

Reservations are made only with the approval of the Director of the Information and Library Center by employees or students of the Medical University of Lodz at the Secretariat of the Information and Library Center (2nd floor)
