New guidelines for scientific publication requests from January 1, 2026

In order to ensure efficient support for your publishing activities, we would like to inform you that, starting from January 1, 2026, new rules for submitting requests for scientific publications will come into effect.

According to the new guidelines effective from January 1, 2026:

• Requests must be submitted before sending the article to the publisher.
• Requests for scientific publications submitted after the article has been sent to the publisher will not be considered.

Requests concerning publications that have already been sent to the publisher must be submitted immediately, no later than December 31, 2025.
